Violet Nwokoye is the Administrative Director of HOS, She is a licensed Child Placement Administrator by the  Department of Health and Human Services, A licensed Professional Counselor by the State Of Texas and a career Attorney in the state of Texas. As an attorney, Violet represents children in the foster care system and have helped many families fulfill their life long quest to adopt children of their own.

Dumebi Okere

Dumebi earned her Bachelor's of Science in Economics from the University of Calabar in Nigeria. She also holds a Masters Degree in Business Management from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University in Nigeria.
